Position: Deputy Assistant Manager (IT), Administration Department

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Manage information technology and computer systems.
  • Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy especially Summit Corporate IT Policy.
  • Data Security and Audit:
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Installation of anti-virus software in devices and regular upgrades as necessary.
  • Manage all documentation related to software service agreement and purchase.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • IT-related Procurement and Budget:
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Manage files of warranty, proof of purchase etc for all IT related devices given to employees and installed.
  • Review service agreements with vendors such as Summit Communications, Cosmopolitan Communications etc and ensure execution.
  • Training and Induction:
  • Training and coaching employees on IT related usage and G-Suite service access.
  • Provide orientation and refresher of the Summit Corporate IT Policy.
  • IT Software Support
  • Network Management
  • IT Equipment Management
  • Perform other relevant tasks or responsibilities assigned by Supervisor/ Management from time to time.

Education Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

Additional Qualification:

  • Experience in IT related hardware for 03-05 years in corporate house.
