To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Country Director, helping him to manage and priorities his valuable time.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Manage and maintain the Country Director's diary and email account.
Dispatch important letters and ensure proper dispatching and distribution of all outgoing mails and letters to the designated address.
Attend all types of incoming mails, ensure proper distribution and keep regular follow up to resolve issues.
Works closely with other team members to assure the Country Director's preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
To contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of Country Director through email, phone call and other social media.
To keep all documents and records updated and ready for Country Director and assist in his day to day official workflow.
Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Country Director, Staff, Business Partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
Follow up with senior staff on tasks given and update to Country Director.
Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
To conduct research/ analysis as directed, to produce reports for Country Director as and when required.
Education Requirements:
MBA (IBA-DU) / Master's in English from NSU/BRAC/IUB/BUP/Public Universities
Preferred Professional Certification: Having IELTS get extra Privilege (Score should be 6.5)
Skills Required: Candidates having similar experience will get extra preference.

Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills, Hindi will be added extra advantage.
Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
Have a Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package with modern IT knowledge.
