Overall responsibility of the quality assurance department of Buying House.
Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Effectively interact with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Technical development and Dyeing, Audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, light system, Dyeing Batch pass, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure as per Customer's guideline.
Interact with Knit & Woven, finishing team to maintain product quality; ensuring that requirements are maintained.
Monitoring relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
Assessing relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Should be experienced to handle the renowned customers / buyers.
Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
Make sure that all of quality inspector's and staff are well conversant and trained on quality control system.
Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement of the brands.
Sound Knowledge of all kinds of Technical Audit and technical knowledge in quality system.
Coordination with department head regarding production planning & machine maintenance scheduling.
Review & implement quality SOP.
Identify the problems, analyses the root cause and share with production people to fix rectification or commercial solution as urgent basis.
Give technical decision to dyeing finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
Responsible to follow up the dyeing sample quality (PP sample and counter sample) as maintaining the Buyer requirement the existing product quality.
To maintain all discipline and compliance issue.
Education Requirements:
Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline.
B.Sc. in Textile/Non textile but Experience in Dyeing Quality will get preference.
Education will not be a problem if skilled in relevant field and experienced.
Additional Qualification:
Age 23 to 40 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Must be experienced in Quality Assurance in Buying House and Factory
