To do Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
To make all correspondences related to HR & Administration of the Company.
To ensure appropriate Service related to Employees of the Company including Compliance, Compensation, Benefit, Staff Welfare etc.
To maintain Personnel Files, Office Files, Deeds, Documents etc. in appropriate manner.
To process all administrative Bills, Vouchers and settle the Claims of Vendors, Field Staff and so on.
Update all office Documentation, license, certificates & others file.
Organize and work with cleaners to ensure a clean office/factory/Shop environment every day.
Ensure safety, security and administrative activities and provide all kinds of administrative & logistic supports for uninterrupted operation.
Keep in check up-to-date stationary items, eatables and other administrative purposes.
Responsible for look after office asset, purchase and maintenance.
Take initiative to improve the shop floor employee's productivity, discipline and make align to perform their job effectively.
Conduct disciplinary actions for shop floor employees as per the guideline of Bangladesh Labor act 2006, (amendment-2013, and 2018) & Bangladesh Labor rules 2015.
Able to manage departmental activities efficiently & Any other tasks are assigned by the Management
Education Requirements:
BBA / MBA/ Masters preferably in Human Resource Management / Public Administration / Management from any reputed University; but Candidates from Public Universities with PGDHRM will get preference.
Additional Qualification:
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Administration, Legal Compliance, Training & Development. Additional Requirements:
Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules.
Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office, MS-Excel and IT related areas.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
To have a positive attitude towards continued learning & development.
