Position: Welfare Executive

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workers orientation training.
  • Look after occupational health and safety issues.
  • Coordinate different kinds of training as per the training schedule.
  • Handle grievances at the initial stage and provide counseling.
  • Carry out floor visits (daily) to check the housekeeping and compliance issues.
  • Liaison with the buyers / 3rd party if necessary.
  • Encourage and motivate workers for better performance.
  • Make workers aware of the rules and regulations of the company.
  • Check complaint/suggestion boxes and share the notes with the concerned management.
  • Coordinate activities of Medical center including its compliance issues.
  • Ensure Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
  • Handle maternity workers' health and benefits issues.
  • Maintain proper communications between workers and the management.
  • Maintain registers (maternity leave, grievance handling, orientation, awareness programs, etc.).
  • Organize meetings of PC, Safety Committee, EHS, and OHS committees.
  • Maintain amicable & affable relationships with the factory staff and workers.
  • Ensure different documentations pertaining to compliance and welfare issues.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Education Requirements:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • MBA (Preferred)

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area: RMG Sector
  • Committed and dedicated to work for RMG people
  • Candidates from the same locality will get a preference
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be smart, pro-active, enthusiastic and result-oriented
  • Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated
  • Desired communication skills both in verbal & written English
  • Computer Knowledge base on Office Program (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, etc.)
  • Willing to stay around the factory location
  • A candidate who is working in Sreepur, Gazipur area will get preference.
