Monitor employee's salary payment, address all grievances issues and settle those in accordance with existing rules. Responsible for evaluating performance appraisal of all categories of employees according to policy of the Company. Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation and confirmation related work. To update company policy as per decision of management. To ensure implementation of office orders. To handling grievance, identify the problems & help to solve them. To conduct internal audits and prepare reports. Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of proper housekeeping Ensure Vehicle Management, Surveillance and Security. Develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employees Make the proper bill in accordingly & Check all types of monthly bill & voucher Arrange food & refreshment for buyer, auditor and visitors as well. Monitor waste management Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all activities of HRM, Admin & Compliance department. Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications Audit. To prepare Audit related documents.
Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master's degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM Preferred Professional Certification: PGD In HRM, Diploma in Compliance
