Monitor waste management Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all activities of HRM, Admin & Compliance department. Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications Audit. To prepare Audit related documents.
