Position: Manager, HR & Admin

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing HR and administration operations that includes manpower recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
  • Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws.
  • Must Have Good Knowledge on KPI implementation and Monitor employee performance
  • Supervise disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Warehouse teams to ensure a complete understanding of human capital needs and objectives.
  • Provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
  • Counselling and provide assistance to all levels of employee or management issues relating to promotion, termination or disciplinary action.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the management

Education Requirements:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Master`s degree in Human Resources, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR functions
  • Sound knowledge on preparation of HR documentation and policy implementation as per labor law
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good to have sound IT knowledge (Excel & HRMS Software)
