Provide day to day Administration and General Services to all the departments relating to Logistics, Office Administration, Housekeeping, Transport, Catering, Construction, and Utilities.
Ensure Safety, Security and Safeguarding Protocols across the organization & Support Security Department in their day-to-day activities.
Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, Employee Relation issues as per law.
Communicate with BTMA, BGMEA, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation
Ensure Legal Compliance of policies and procedures, Termination, Dismissal Compensation, Disciplinary Action, etc.
Supervise and Induct support staffs and vendors as needed & coordinate all facilities, activities, work direction, and support systems.
Resolve Administrative problems by analysing information's; identifying and communicating solutions and grievance handling properly.
Undertake routine visits to the factory floors and premises to ensure good housekeeping and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Maintain the daily vehicle movements & make travel arrangements when needed for the employees & expatriates.
Coordinate with different departments in relation to administrative activities and check different registers & papers as per need.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline
Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in HR Management Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage
Skills Required: Administration, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct
Additional Qualification:
Age 35 to 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Retired Army/Air Force person (who have experience in the relevant field) would be highly preferable to apply
Experience of working with export oriented RMG & Textiles sector is required
The incumbent should be dynamic & have good personality and integrity, possess high level of correspondence and analytical ability
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
