Position: Manager - Operation (Knit Garments)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth operation of Cutting, Sewing & Finishing Department and on time delivery of quality product as per plan;
  • Coordinate with Material Control Department to ensure raw materials availability on time in the production floor;
  • Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting plan from planning department;
  • Ensure effective implementation of 5S, New systems & process;
  • Sample analysis & check all the SMV for all production;
  • Ensure require raw materials and accessories stock in the factory for smooth production;
  • Check PCD (Plan Cut Date) and ensure to start cut as per plan;
  • Monitoring plan VS actual production;
  • Follow up fabric received and PP meeting as per plan;
  • Provides all kinds of guidelines to all Managers /Officers & Line chiefs for ensuring daily production;
  • Make decision to overcome for any critical situation;
  • Reduce wastage and maximize revenue;
  • Increase line efficiency and productivity;
  • Ensure safety of the plant, maintain healthy work environment and coordinate all department to achieve company's goal;
  • To liaise with Merchandising/Marketing team, Textile division as per business need.
  • Ensure effective management system for smooth running operation of the factory.

Education Requirements:

  • Gradate in IPE/AMT from any reputed university. OR
  • Masters in any discipline from reputed university.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 37 years
  • Leadership and Strategic management skills & Strong analytical technical skill.
  • Industry Knowledge, Assurance Skill & Tough time player.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
  • Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
  • Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
  • Good knowledge in Knit Garments operation with branded Buyer like M & S, C & A, H & M, Verner, Celio, S'oliver, Target, TOMMY & etc.
