Position: Officer/ Sr. Officer, Security

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for dealing with various security matters in the corporate office/ Sections or any other designated area
  • Assist the General Administration Department of the Corporate as and when required
  • Assist in administrative task after working hours and on holidays as and when required
  • Prepare duty roster for in-house Security Supervisors in consultation with General Manager (General Admin)
  • Monitor the activities of Security Supervisors/Guards in the total group
  • Liaise and assist General Manager (General Admin) for hired guard issues
  • Monitor the activities of the unwanted visitors in the Corporate, sections and outlets
  • Deal with disciplinary matters, fights, quarrels & disturbing outsiders in the group/sections
  • Provide general security support to events and occasions happening in the whole group (might include duty outside office hours and/or during weekends)
  • Ensure that company security and safety policies and procedures are always properly understood and followed by the staff
  • Execute any special security initiatives (e.g. fire drills etc)
  • Be involved into security related planning of the group (e.g. identifying the need of security equipment, budgeting, staff trainings etc)
  • Carry out verification for various potential employees, students and EPS clients if needed
  • Performs various administrative tasks of security department
  • Deal and intervene with any kind of emergencies in any campuses/outlets when ordered by superiors

Education Requirements:

Bachelor in any discipline with concentration law & security.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should have 02 years experience in working with security operation
  • License holder for Motor Bike
  • Willing to use Motor bike as and when required
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure
