Position: Manager (Dyeing & Finishing)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Overall dyeing and finishing production monitoring, handling, Floor Administration and maintain production planning as per the production schedule.
  • Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of each batch for all dyeing and finishing machines.
  • Prepare accurate recipe for accurate shade matching according to the buyer's specification.
  • Confirm and maintain quality and timely delivery of fabrics.
  • Maintain log-book/ data sheet of each batch in each machine.
  • Find out problem and participate in decision-making.
  • Find and report problem of each machine for proper functioning with good maintenance.
  • Strictly monitor for reducing wastage in fabrics, dyes, chemicals, utility etc.
  • Time to time reporting of the production, wastage etc.

Education Requirements:

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering OR Diploma in Textile Engineering OR Graduate with relevant experience.

Additional Qualification:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 7 years experience, on which 3 years in Managerial position.
  • Must have experience in large scale knit composite factory.
  • Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and E-mail operation.
  • Candidate leaving Narayangonj will be get preference.
