Position: Assistant Manager (Q.C)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct quality assurance technicians, who are responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality related policies in order to meet product quality standards.
  • Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources to meet the production schedule.
  • Assist in investigating and correcting quality related issues through collaboration with other departments.
  • Make proactive recommendations and offering/presenting solutions to the Quality Systems to improve quality of the products and work efficiency of the technicians.
  • Direct inspection/audit activities commensurate to production schedules.
  • Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities. Also, evaluate and recommend alternative inspection procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest technology for highest quality, ensure effective follow up, coordination, liaison between merchandisers and factories.
  • Assigning required training of new workers to qualified workers. Ensure technicians are appropriately trained on the latest product standards.
  • Ensure good performance by quality assurance technicians/auditors by mentoring, training, setting expectations, providing accountability, and performing evaluations.
  • Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Education Requirements:

The candidate should have the degree in Q.C related studies/MBA/BBA/MSc or BSc from any reputed university.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Special on Knit, Woven & Denim.
