Prepare all kinds of bill and voucher and regularly
Perform regularly Bank Reconciliation related work
Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers accurately
Maintain Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts
Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded properly
Cross check the payment with bills and ensure the nature of expense
Maintain correspondence with Bank/corporate clients and agents
Perform Petty cash voucher checking regularly
Prepare financial statements weekly, quarterly, monthly and early
Perform VAT and TAX related matters of the company
Prepare record of FIXED Asset items of the company and update it from time to time
Perform internal audit related matters and provide adequate support to implement standard practices to protect the company's interest and ensure the safeguarding of company assets
Conduct on site visits and submit financial and non-financial audit reports based on audit observations
Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Education Requirements:
M.Com (Accounting), MBA (Finance & Accounting), CA (CC) will be preferred.
Additional Qualification:
Age 25 to 35 years
Only males are allowed to apply
An excellent interpersonal skill
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Must have good typing speed in Bengali and English
Computer skills: MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must
Candidates having working experiences in any modern private hospital/diagnostic center will be given preference.
