01) Prepare monthly production schedule and Shipment status
02) Ensuring production target as per production plan
03) Hourly production follow-up and up-date
04) Monthly lost time analysis,
05) Quality Defect & Reject % Report Monitoring
06) Finishing all section daily and monthly Efficiency report Follow Up
07) Improve capacity or the factory to meet the plan targets
08) Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring
09) Responsible for directing production
10) Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
11) Ensuring that the plant production is cost effective
12) Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
13) Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
14) Review product quality and modify production and inventory control program
15) Working with other Supervisors & Managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
16) Liaising among different departments, suppliers, managers
17) Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS and 5S processes
18) Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
19) To attend and participate in production meetings.
20) To ensure the smooth liaison and co-ordination between all departments (i.e. the Creative Team, the Management team) regarding production work
HSC or Gratuation
1. Proven experience as production director
2. Deep knowledge of production management
3. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
4. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
5. Experience in reporting on key production metrics
6. Outstanding communication ability
7. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
8. Attention to detail
