Position: Manager-QA

Vacancy: 1

Responsibilities:

  • Have to strong strategic skills and the ability to develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality assurance systems and policies to standard as per the customer demand.
  • Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure quality as per standard.
  • Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producers.
  • Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
  • Develop and analyse data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
  • Monitor and collect customers satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement.
  • Train and develop the quality staff to enhance their capacity, productivity and quality by demonstrating strong leadership.
  • Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
  • Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.
  • Conduct inline, midline, pre-final inspection on self to ensure that final inspection will be okay as per buyer standard.
  • Make quality standard and dev. System will be as per ISO certified organization.
  • Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
  • Take necessary action or inform the authorities If any discrepancies happen.
  • Report any deviation in the QA system to the management
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Education Requirements:

Hon's/BBA/MBA/MSC/Masters completed from any reputed institution.

Additional Qualification:

  1. Proven experience as QA manager.
  2. Conscientious and responsible.
  3. A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach.
  4. Outstanding communication skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  6. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  7. Certification of quality control will get strong advantages (ISO 9000 etc.)
  8. Must be competent in english. (Oral & Written)
