Ensure the implementation of the highest level of security protocols both within and outside the factory premises to safeguard assets, personnel, and operations.
Take charge of resolving various industrial relations conflicts and disputes, working towards maintaining a harmonious work environment and manage diverse legal issues when required.
Collaborate closely with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services, ensuring swift and effective responses during critical situations.
Serve as the primary point of contact during emergencies, orchestrating response efforts and ensuring the safety of both personnel and company assets.
Guarantee that all administrative and security practices are in strict alignment with legal requirements and best practices remain complaints.
Ensure transport, canteen, and facility management.
Perform any other task and assignment given by the supervisor/Management.
