Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Maintain payroll records, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and taxes.* Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Ensure compliance with Labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Prepare payroll reports, KPI Data analysis, and metrics for management review.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of payroll systems and processes.
Manage employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records of leave, attendance, and other related data.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.

1. BBA/MBA from any discipline.
2. PGD HRM will be added more advantage.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in payroll management or a related HR role.
Strong knowledge of payroll software.
In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
