Attend production meeting and set up target

Attend in PP meeting of each and every style and find out difficulties and discuss and solution
Method and process development
Minimum 2 years' experience in any reputed garments industry in IE Department (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing)
The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven, Bottom)
Experience in similar kind of position will be preferred
Having a good command in English both speaking and writing
Strong ability to communicate with Management· & result oriented
Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
Having knowledge on Microsoft Office Program
