COMPUTER USER’S AGREEMENT
I the undersigned, hereby affirm to abide by the rules and regulations relating to the use of IT facilities of _________ to include computers/laptops, internet and email. I shall use the equipment’s issued to me with utmost care to prevent and avoid any misuse and undesirable damage. I shall report any malfunction or damage to my computer and associated equipment’s to the IT Department immediately on occurrence/detection.
I also understand that failure to comply with the rules/regulations and misuse of the facility may result in withdrawal of the facilities by the Management and /or penalty/punishment as per the Company disciplinary procedures.
