Job Title: Merchandiser - Marketing & Merchandising (Knit)
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Communication with Costume;
- Discussion with factory responsible based on the necessity;
- Maintain effective communications with every concern department;
- Maintain all Booking (Material) related issues;
- Maintain/ monitoring Sample & BULK Progress Management;
- All Seasonal development follow up;
- Product development;
- Fabric development;
- Collaboration with DESIGN STUDIO & R&D team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education
- B.Sc in Textile or Apparel manufacturing from any reputed university.
Experience
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Requirements
- The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in merchandising with large knit garments.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location/Working Conditions:
Mention company location and may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
