Job Title: Asst. Manager, Maintenance Factory
Responsibilities/Duties:
Ensure the smooth functioning of all Electrical & Mechanical maintenance and other Electrical appliances of Total Project.
To ensure the scheduled maintenance of all machines, Generators and Boiler.
To ensure availability of Machine spares, consumable for maintenance of Machines and equipment by your own responsibilities through proper Chanel’s.
Maintain the logbooks of all Machineries of the factory.
Supervising the Fabrication/ Repairing works.
take necessary action to solve any electrical malfunction of all machines.
Ensure periodic maintenance of all machineries according to maintenance schedule
Supervision/ operation of utilities like sub-Starion, generator, chiller, compressor etc.
Prepare and put up daily weekly monthly reports of maintenance department to line supervision
Ensue uninterrupted production through street supervision
To ensure availability of spates, consumable for maintenance of machines and equipment’s
