Job Title: DGM/ GM Maintenance
Responsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for overall Administration, Operation, and Maintenance of the factory.
Responsible for Planning, implementing, and managing overall activities of Engineering and Production to achieve production targets with desired quality.
To prepare draft Monthly Budget for consumption of maintenance and operational items and submit to the concerned Management for approval.
Remain in touch with all suppliers through Central Purchase Team for local procurement of machineries and spares.
To communicate with the foreign suppliers for spares and technical discussion.
To monitor and supervise the inventory management system of the factory and will ensure correct utilization of all spare parts drawn from the factory store in the appropriate machines with proper documentation and good and sound fittings.
To develop a well-trained “Maintenance & Repair Team” comprising of skilled personnel through proper training within the Engineering Department who will always remain ready to act on orders at all times even on holidays to handle emergency situation effectively.
Deploy and effectively lead subordinate officials and employees to foster a harmonious relationship, promoting teamwork to achieve organizational goals economically.
Identify internal and external threats and resolve those by all possible means to create safe & secure working conditions.
To report and interact with the Management for day-to-day operations.
Maintaining liaison with the local administration, Govt./Semi Govt. and private organizations in connection with smooth operation of the factory.
Any other job as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements
Proven experience in Admin, Operation & Maintenance within the ceramic tiles or related manufacturing industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a factory.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bangla).
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Location/Working Conditions:
